NEON RUSH Privacy Policy

NEON RUSH (neonrushgame.com) is a free browser game. This policy explains what information is used when you play, why, and the choices you have. You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for your name, email address or other contact details in the game.

1. Information stored on your device

Your progress (coins, cars, records, achievements, daily rewards and settings) is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device, together with a randomly generated player ID and, if you choose one, your racer name. This data does not leave your device unless you use the online leaderboard (section 2). You can delete it at any time with Settings → Reset progress, or by clearing your browser's site data.

The game also stores its own files in your browser's cache so it can work offline.

2. Online leaderboard

If you set a racer name, your finished runs are sent to our leaderboard server. We store:

• your racer name (which you choose and which is shown publicly);
• a random player ID that is not linked to your identity;
• your best scores, distance, the cosmetic car you used, and the times of your runs.

We use this only to run the leaderboard and to detect cheating. We don't store your email or account details. If you don't set a racer name, no scores are sent. To have your leaderboard entries removed, email us with your racer name (see section 8).

3. Hosting and security

The game and leaderboard are hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website, when you load the game Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. Advertising

The game may show ads provided by Google (AdSense / H5 Games Ads), for example an optional video you can choose to watch for in-game coins, or an ad between runs. Ads never appear during a race. When ads are shown, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies, and may receive information such as your IP address and device details, to serve ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalised based on your interests.

• Manage personalised ads from Google: adssettings.google.com.
• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time.

5. What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't use our own analytics or tracking services. Gameplay statistics stay on your device.
• There are no real-money purchases on the website.

6. Children

NEON RUSH is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information (for example a racer name that identifies them), contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Most game data is under your control on your own device (section 1). For leaderboard data, contact us. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
